8150  Labor Guarantee
8150 stands behind its assembly work with a lifetime labor guarantee on all 8150 built wheels. If there is any problem with workmanship, we fix it at no charge to to you!

Individual components (hubs, spokes, nipples, tubeless tape, etc.) are covered by the individual Manufacturer's Warranties.

Limited No-Liability Lifetime Warranty

Here's the skinny - 8150 does not admit any sort of liability that may come from a crash while operating a bicycle outfitted with our wheels.  8150 has the sole discretion to cover an individual rim with our lifetime replacement warranty if said rim becomes damaged during normal bicycle operations.  While we're at it, any liability between 8150 and the customer is limited to only the value of the replacement bicycle rim.  If you, the customer, accept the replacement rim - that means we're all good and you've been made whole, thereby waving any claims against us (8150).  By having this awesome replacement warranty, it by no means says we admit to any liability for causes of action or related damages.  Can't we all just get along and ride some bikes on awesome 8150 handbuilt wheels?!

8150 Rim Warranty Information
1. 8150 warrants its rims to be free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. This replacement warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Valid Proof of Purchase is required for warranty claim.
2. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer
This warranty does not cover:
1. Normal wear and tear
2. Any damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, or any other lame reason such as "my girlfriend ran over my bike"
3. Improper assembly, maintenance, or maintenance by an unauthorized technician.

Crash replacement:
We understand that accidents and damage can happen when shredding the gnar. If you've ran out of talent and crashed your awesome wheels, 8150 has your back. We offer a flat rim replacement cost of $250 including the labor to rebuild the wheel.  We do like to know tire pressure, riding condition and whether you were using an insert, such as CushCore (which we use and recommend).  Keep in mind, The cost of shipping would be the responsibility of the customer, but give us a shout and we'll find a fair solution for everyone- last thing we want is you not out riding...even if your now ex-friend did run over your bike.
